M. Jean-Marc Fornéri

Jean Marc Forneri began his career in 1984 as Inspector of Finance, then in 1987 became an advisor to Edouard Balladur, French Minister of Finance. In 1988, he joined Skis Rossignol, the world’s No. 1 ski company, as Managing Director, before becoming Managing Partner of Worms and Co. in charge of investment banking in 1994. He was appointed President of Credit Suisse First Boston France and Vice-President of Credit Suisse Europe in 1996. He has advised major national and international mergers and acquisitions transactions for clients such as Clarins, Groupe Caisse d’Epargne, EDF, Eurazeo, Fininfo, France Telecom-Orange, Galeries Lafayette, Marinopoulos Group, KKR, Onet, Total, Vivendi Universal, Wendel and the ISP.
Jean-Marc holds a master’s degree in law, a lawyer degree, a degree from the Institut d’études politiques, and is a former student of the ENA.
In April 2004, he created with a partner and a few collaborators Bucephale Finance with a simple goal: to advise large groups and large operations by focusing on a strong intuitu personae relationship and highlighting creativity, responsiveness, confidentiality, in the absence of conflict of interest.
